Welcome to K’macho Technology. These Terms of Service govern the use of our application, which provides tools for workflow automation using Google Cloud and authentication via Google OAuth.

By accessing or using our application, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the application.

Our application is designed for users and businesses looking to optimize and automate processes within their systems using cloud technology.

2. Permitted Use and Restrictions

To ensure proper use of our application, users must comply with the following conditions:

Permitted Use

  • The application may only be used for workflow automation within environments compatible with Google Cloud.
  • Access is permitted exclusively through Google OAuth for secure authentication and authorization.
  • Users may integrate the application into their systems within the limits established by Google Cloud and K’macho Technology’s policies.

Restrictions

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the application, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, and any related content, are the exclusive property of K’macho Technology or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the application solely for its intended purpose. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of the application is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K’macho Technology shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data.
  • Any service interruptions, including those caused by third-party providers such as Google Cloud.

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

K’macho Technology reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the application after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may also suspend or terminate access to the application at our sole discretion if a user violates these terms or if necessary for operational, security, or legal reasons.
